New event

Dates and times use the event’s local time zone. Choose its region and city from the full list.

Dates and times

Leave times blank if they are not announced. A date range uses the same hours each day. Add another row for different hours or nonconsecutive dates.

Display settings

Used for new events. Changing this default leaves saved events in their own time zones.

Applies to the event page and newsletter HTML. Each event still uses its own time zone when deciding whether it is past.

Edit your page’s sizes and layout here. These overrides are saved with this site and kept through plugin updates. The Page preview below updates as you type.

Use body .tlh-events { … } to override the labeled variables. Save display settings, then Preview or Sync. Newsletter HTML below has its own structural inline styles.

Copy your saved upcoming events into an EmailOctopus HTML block or code editor. Past events are omitted. Inline styles set sizes and spacing; fonts and colors come from your email template.
